Our Service Fees:
Every service is tailored to the individual client, so each figure below is a starting point rather than a fixed rate. An initial video call or personal consultation is free of charge.
- Tailor-Made Property & Area Tours: from €250. A personalised day of viewings and area orientation — a curated selection of suitable properties, accompanied and video viewings where appropriate, help with appointments and initial admin, and introductions to local contacts.
- Independent Buyer’s Agent: from €3,990 + VAT. From finding the right property to negotiating the right deal — we represent you throughout the buying journey. The fee rises to approximately 2% + VAT depending on the purchase price and scope. Where the selling agent shares commission, we pass the saving back to you by reducing our fee.
- Rental & Settlement Assistance: from €1,150 + VAT. Finding and securing your rental, and then helping you settle in:
- Housing — €1,150: find and secure the rental
- Rental Assistance — €1,500: plus three months of settle-in support
- Rental Plus Settlement — €1,750: plus NIE/TIE, residency, padrón and bank account
- Full Peace of Mind — €2,000: plus six months of support, providers and administrative appointments
- Tailor-Made Location & Discovery Tours: from €1,500 + VAT — ½, 1, 3, 4 or 5-day itineraries, individually designed. For when you want to understand where you could live before looking at properties.
- Relocation & Administrative Support: tailored to your needs.
- Specialist services: we introduce trusted professionals for tax, visas, private health insurance, legal work, surveys, architects and mortgages, and coordinate the timing. You keep free choice of your own advisers.
