Our Service Fees:
- Property & Area Viewings: €250 per full day or €600 for 3 full days, including a curated selection of suitable properties and personalized area recommendations. Fees cover our expenses.
- Hourly Rate: €60 for additional consulting services. An initial video call or personal consultation is free of charge.
- Buyer’s Agent Fee: We earn a share of the commission from the seller’s agent or the seller. If the minimum fee of €3,900 is not met, the difference is charged.
- Rental Property Assistance: One month’s rent as a client representative fee, with a minimum of €950.
- Relocation Services (e.g., NIE & Bank Account Setup): €120, plus VAT. Fees cover our expenses. Additional charges may apply for extended travel.
