Yes — your income from abroad can be accepted.
In our experience it’s the single biggest reason a move stalls. We arrange non-payment insurance so your overseas income is accepted as proof of solvency — which gives the landlord confidence and gives you the house. No cold applications, no rejection letters.
The dog comes too.
Yes. Around half the people who come to us arrive with pets, and our owner network — many of them expats themselves — genuinely welcomes them. Tell us early and it simply changes which doors we knock on.
