Caroline and her team are incredible. Nobody has better knowledge of the area or resources available if you are considering buying property in Galicia or Asturia. Was only shown property that met the criteria specified. Helped locate a great mortgage broker- helped get NIE- was there at the bank to help with translation- incredible.
Every step of the way from researching properties- through the steps needed to purchase and close - Caroline and her team were there every step of the way. Now, as we are getting ready to do some of the final things necessary before moving in and or renting the property out, she is still involved making sure that any work needing to be done is getting done and anything needing to be purchased is being purchased, cannot say enough great things about Caroline and her team .

We worked with Caroline Harris to buy an apartment in the center of Vigo. First and foremost, Caroline truly cares about her clients. She really wants them to find their ideal place and she will spend the time necessary for them to find it. We were fortunate to find our apartment within a week attributed to the fact that Caroline was able to arrange for visits and lawyer appointments during this timeframe. Now she is managing our apartment as a mid-term rental and we are very happy with her services.

Caroline is a wonder! Without her constant help, I would not have found my beautiful house by the sea, I could not have navigated a fraction of Spain's labyrinthian bureaucracy and I know now that I should not have even contemplated undertaking it without her. I would say "without someone like Caroline" but I find it extremely hard to believe that there is anyone else like her--anyone else with her dedication, attention, and care. I am writing this review sitting in my backyard, watching the sun set over the Atlantic ocean entirely because of her.
