Our property lawyer in Vigo
Every purchase we accompany runs through an independent lawyer, and the one our clients meet is María González Feijóo of Firma — Boutique Legal de Derecho Inmobiliario, a real-estate law practice in Vigo. She prepares the power of attorney, checks the title, and signs the arras and the deed on your behalf if you would rather not fly back for each appointment.
Her practice is hers, not ours: you instruct her directly and her fees are her own. We make the introduction and sit with you in the first meeting.

Tax, visas, health insurance — the experts in our network
Certain aspects of relocation — tax advice, fiscal representation, annual tax filings, visa applications and private health insurance — fall outside our own plans. They are essential, so we connect you with trusted specialists within our network who handle them, and we stay your point of contact while they do.
