The Location:
Located on a hillside in the sought-after area of beautiful Nigrán, on the spectacular coast of the Val Miñor, the property lies in a valley which has numerous pazos and buildings of historical importance. It is within easy reach of the many beautiful white sandy beaches and quaint surrounding villages such as Panxón (video) and Baiona (video), which offer all amenities and services as well as amazing traditional Galician cuisine. There is a host of water sports, hiking and other activities available, as well as local markets, vibrant festivals and live concerts throughout the area.
Communications/connections:
Nigrán lies within the trajectory of the Portuguese Camino de Santiago. The property is just 5 min away from the motorway and offers excellent connectivity to the vibrant city of Vigo (video) and its airport (20 min away). It is also 20 minutes from the Portuguese border and its magnificent estuary. Porto and Santiago de Compostela international airports are less than 1.5 hours away on good motorways.
The Rental:
This is a long-term rental. The monthly rate is €2,900 PCM, only exclusive of utility bills (electricity, water, diesel for central heating and garden). A two months’ guarantee deposit is required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
