The house:
A very well-built stone house that was restored with great care with stone and timber creating a cosy atmosphere on a South-facing corner with plenty of windows to take in the breath-taking views of the mountain peaks and wildlife. On 70 cm wide stone walls,  erected from the basement which has been well insulated and well equipped with new plumbing and electric throughout. The basement is communicated internally with a wooden ladder to the lounge. There are pre-installations made to fit wooden fires or pellet systems on each floor.
Concrete steps lead up to the main entrance on the middle level with direct access in to the lounge/diner. Here we observe a gallery  opening up to the loft area. The lounge-diner-kitchen has been carefully thought out with an L-shaped 3 seater corner sofa made to measure. There are 2 doors leading to a fully fitted bathroom with a good-size shower cubicle and a window. The other door to a double bedroom which could very easily be given to the lounge if extension were required.
Above there is a large open plan bedroom, which could easily be 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (WC, basin and bidet) with velux windows for natural lighting.  Mains electric and water. This is a very cheap property to maintain. There is a piece of land that is sold with the property on which to park 2, 3 cars or to have a small vegetable garden and park 1 car.
The Location: 
Lendequintana (traditional name ‘Llandequintá”)  is a small village  of 38 houses with some 35 inhabitants, there are a few more in the summer months that visit on vacation. There is a hardware store on the main through road which goes on towards the next valley and down to Boal. To get to the nearest major village of Vilayón one must be prepared to drive 12 km of windy roads that are very well tarmaced but have many hairpin bends. From there down to the coast it takes some 15-20 mins of a much better road passing the beautiful Resevoir of Arbón situated on the River Navia with a campsite and offering water sports at an international rowing club.
Communications/connections:
From Luarca it takes aproximately 50-60 mins to drive up to Vilayón. In general the roads are quiet and there are many little hamlets and the famous Waterfalls of Oneta half way up to Lendequintana. From the village the road continues to BOAL.
