This three-storey house in Canido (Vigo) has four bedrooms, a private garden, a terrace with views of the Vigo estuary and Toralla Island, and a private garage. It is located in a quiet residential development, less than 400 metres from Canido Beach.

The main floor includes a bright living room with two seating areas and a wall-mounted 50-inch television.
Sliding doors open directly onto the terrace.
The kitchen has been fully refurbished and there are two dining areas arranged across the entrance and adjoining rooms.
The laundry area is located on the lower ground floor next to the garage.
The top floor (fourth level) is an additional multipurpose space that can be used as a playroom, office, or quiet work area. It already contains a large desk and sofas, making it suitable for remote work or flexible family use.

The Rental : This is a short term rental up to 11 months with the possibility of renewal. The monthly rate starts at €1,600 PCM . Only exclusive of utility bills. Two months guarantee deposit are required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
