The Location:
Colunga is a municipality in the region of Oriente, between the Cantabrian Sea and the Sierra del Sueve. Many wonderful beaches such as Playa de la Griega, Playa de la Isla and Playa de la Espasa are only between 5 and 10 minutes away. You can find all services and amenities you may require in Colunga such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, pharmacies and health centre etc.
Communications/connections:
The city of Gijón can be reached in just over 0.5 hrs by motorway. There also is a bus service with Alsa connecting Colunga with Gijón. The airport of Asturias is just under 1 hr away by motorway. The city of Oviedo is only 45 min away by motorway.
The Rental:
This is a short term rental available from 01.10.2024 to 31.05.2025.
The monthly rate is € 600 PCM which includes all fees & charges except for electricity which is monitored and charged separately. A non-payment insurance may be required, depending on the length of the stay, which G&G Relocation can organize for local and international Clients. One month guarantee deposit is required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
