The Rental:
This is a temporary rental, available until June 2025. The monthly rents starts at 1,500 € PCM . Only exclusive of utility bills. Two months guarantee deposit are required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance and proof of income.
Pets are allowed (in the pool house, not in the main residence).
