The Rental : This is a short term rental up to 11 months with the possibility of renewal. The monthly rate starts at €1,200 PCM which includes the monthly community charge as well as the required non-payment insurance which G&G Relocation can organize for local and international Clients. Only exclusive of utility bills (electricity, water, diesel for central heating). Two months guarantee deposit are required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
A parking space and a storage unit in the building can be rented at an additional cost of €150 PCM.
