The Rental: This is a short-term rental of up to 11 months with the possibility of renewal. The monthly rate starts at €1,200 PCM, which includes the monthly community charges, exclusive only of utility bills (electricity, water, diesel for central heating). A two months’ guarantee deposit is required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
A parking space and a storage unit in the building can be rented at an additional cost of €150 PCM.
