The Location:
The Historic Town Centre of Tui is just 10 min away. It is situated on the riverbanks of the Miño which forms the natural border with Portugal. Tui also offers a large shopping complex and the town centre with all amenities, and every service, you might require. The pretty village of Tomiño is also close by offering a number of amenities including fresh food market, local festivals/fiestas/markets, cafés and restaurants and many other businesses thriving in this area of growth.
The area of the Baixo Miño boasts a microclimate that is the envy of the rest of Galicia, which means both summers and winters are mild and extreme weather is less frequent. This peaceful coast is also inhabited by a number of beautiful villages, from the historic village of Tui to the popular and vibrant La Guardia.
The Spectacular beaches of the Val Miñor are but a short drive away, including the Historic Fishing Village of Baiona.
Communications/connections:
The closest big city is the vibrant city of Vigo. There are good roads and motorways. The closest airports are: Vigo Airport (40 minutes drive), Francisco Sa Carneiro Airport in Porto (Portugal), (60 minutes drive). Santiago de Compostela Airport, ( 1 hour and 30 min drive). There are also trains and buses from Vigo and Tui .You can also catch Fast Trains (AVE) to Madrid and La Coruña and there are regular ferry services from Baiona & Vigo to the beautiful islands/natural parks on the coast of Galicia such as the Islas Cíes.
The Rental:
This is a short term rental up to 11 months with the possibility of renewal. The monthly rate starts at € 1,500 PCM which includes the required non-payment insurance which G&G Relocation can organize for local and international Clients. Only exclusive of utility bills (electricity, water, diesel for central heating). Two months guarantee deposit are required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
