The garden is shared and includes a barbecue and a pool.
Heating is provided by a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and electric radiators.
The house is 10 minutes away from Asturias international airport, 5 minutes from Salinas beach, and close to the main cities.
The monthly rent is € 1,000 only exclusive of utility bills. Two months guarantee deposit are required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
