The grounds are beautifully landscaped and have a unique shaped splash pool, a tennis court, a sun lounging area overlooking the green valley and a pretty restored stone annex building with a Kitchen, barbecue and a large dining area as well as its own outside terrace. The gated property has a long driveway on a peaceful country road which leads to the centre of the parish where you will find its beautiful Church.

The Location: The property is located in a privileged position which enjoys panoramic views of the entire green Valley. It also has adjoining lands surrounding the Chalet so has a unique uninterrupted green belt and also boasts a natural spring abundant with water.  It is located in the centre of the quaint parish Donas. There is a variety of activities, sports, cycling, jogging or a simple walk long country lanes to enjoy the amazing gastronomy offered in the area. There are many restaurants which offer fresh local Galician & Seafood cuisine and is very close to nearby markets, supermarkets and all possible amenities and services.  The spectacular beaches of Playas America and Patos are, but a stone’s throw away as well as the Historic Fishing Village of Baiona with its Royal Yacht Club, Marina, promenade and fortified Parador and the Paradise Island of Cies only a ferry ride away.

Communications: There are two access slip roads nearby to the motorway which take only 15/ 20 mins to reach the Vibrant City of Vigo and its Airport, Fast train station, bus station, Ferries, transatlantic ship as well as communicating motorways towards Portugal, Valença Do Miño, Porto International Airport as well as the many beautiful villages, towns and cities throughout this secret but amazing part of Spain named Galicia
