We work with a network of landlords who are open to international tenants, though we don’t represent the owners. Our role is to support you: finding the right property, reviewing the contract so you know exactly what you’re signing, and helping with the essential administrative steps most newcomers need after arrival, such as your NIE, a Spanish bank account, and padrón registration. The aim is simple: somewhere comfortable to land while the rest of your move falls into place.
The space — 254m² over three floors
Main floor. Open-plan living and dining with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, and a guest bathroom. A large terrace with a barbecue and dining area sits among mature trees that give shade and privacy. There’s an extra room that works as an office, study, or occasional bedroom.
Upper floor. Three bedrooms. The master suite has an en-suite, built-in wardrobes, and a private balcony over the ocean. Two further double bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom, one looking out to sea, one over the garden and palms.
Lower floor. A gym or fitness room, laundry, a full bathroom, and generous storage. Heating is an efficient aerotermia system with ceiling panels, and there’s enough electrical capacity for EV charging. This floor makes the villa practical for longer stays and remote work.
