Communications/Connections: There is a good network of motorways from Pontevedra, leading to every part of Galicia. Vigo is less than 30 min drive! There are fast trains to Madrid, Vigo, Santiago and A Coruña.
The historic city of Santiago de Compostela (the destination for those following one of the many Caminos) is less than an hour away, as is its international airport.
