Communications/connections:
The city of Gijón can be reached in just over 0.5 hrs by motorway. There also is a bus service with Alsa connecting Colunga with Gijón. The airport of Asturias is just under 1 hr away by motorway. The city of Oviedo is only 45 min away by motorway.

The monthly rate is € 750 PCM which includes all fees & charges except for electricity which is monitored and charged separately. One month guarantee deposit is required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
