This charming house with beautiful sea views located just 50 meters from Playa de la Isla, features a living space distributed over 3 floors.

You can also use the lovely garden and the terrace which offers wonderful sea views as well as views of the Sierra del Sueve.
The Location:
Colunga is a municipality in the region of Oriente, between the Cantabrian Sea and the Sierra del Sueve. The stunning Playa de la Isla is only 50 m away! Many other wonderful beaches such as Playa de la Griega and Playa de la Espasa are only between 5 and 10 minutes away. You can find all services and amenities you may require in the centre of Colunga (less than 10 min. away) such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, pharmacies and health centre etc.
Communications/connections:
The city of Gijón can be reached in just over 0.5 hrs by motorway. There also is a bus service with Alsa connecting Colunga with Gijón. The airport of Asturias is just under 1 hr away by motorway. The city of Oviedo is only 45 min away by motorway.
The Rental:
This is a short term rental available from 01.10.2024 to 31.05.2025.
The monthly rate is € 600 PCM which includes all fees & charges except for electricity which is monitored and charged separately. One month guarantee deposit is required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
