Downstairs, a spacious living area with a wood-burning stove offers a cosy space for relaxing on cooler evenings. This flows into a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining room — perfect for cooking and gathering. The home retains its original charm, with exposed stone, traditional details, and warm, welcoming spaces throughout.

Just across the courtyard is a cosy one-bedroom cottage, complete with a kitchen/diner, sitting room, bedroom, and its own shower room. It’s perfect for guests, a home office, or extended family.

Outdoors, the property offers a private terrace, an enclosed courtyard with a rustic open barn and original stone bread oven, and a large shared garden — a beautiful spot to relax or let children play freely.

The Rental : This is a short term rental up to 11 months with the possibility of renewal. The monthly rate starts at € 800 PCM. Only exclusive of utility bills (electricity, water). Two months guarantee deposit are required (refundable), as well as the first month’s rent in advance.
