A comfortable two bedroom apartment in Sabarís, in the heart of the Val Miñor, one of southern Galicia’s most sought after coastal areas and an excellent base for anyone beginning their relocation to the region.

The apartment is well equipped for day to day living. Two bedrooms, master with ensuite, a second full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining area with private balcony, lift, private parking space and internet included. Utilities payable by tenant.

Supermarkets, pharmacies, local markets and essential services are within walking distance. Baiona old town, the marina and the coast are a short stroll away.

For the practical side of your move, Vigo is twenty minutes by car. That is where you will find the main extranjería office for your TIE or EU citizen registration, private healthcare, international schooling and the airport. Tui and its extranjería office are thirty minutes south, a useful alternative depending on your residency route. A car is recommended for daily life in the Val Miñor.
